Changing Etiquette in the Workplace: How to be Professional in Modern Times

This workshop is for young adults and anyone who believes they can use help navigating professionalism in today’s society. In this workshop, participants will learn how to identify the difference between professional and unprofessional written and verbal communication, as well as discussions on professional attire for the workplace. DVC uses video, interactive quizzes, and discussion to unpack topics in a safe, authentic and judgment free environment. The workshop will be held via Zoom and will last between 1 ½ to 2 hours. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Unpacking Systems and Fostering Understanding

Belonging & Inclusivity Forum

Now that the world has experienced the reckoning and awareness of racial inequity and injustice revealed during Covid, many folks are wondering, “what next?” Schedule a “Belonging Forum”. A Belonging Forum is an opportunity for people to process their feelings about racial injustice matters unearthed during the pandemic. This forum is for friends, co-workers, neighbors, and any group of people who would like a facilitated conversation about racial inequity. A reading will be assigned prior to the forum and during the forum conversation prompts will be provided to spark conversation and insights. Organizational Diversity Audit

Professional Diversity Advising

Personal Diversity Advising/Mentoring
